Click a wine below to read tasting and profile notes, food pairings, and history! Mise White Blend by Common-wealth Wine Company Bosman Vineyards Twyfeling Cinsault Hues that Fire by Marquis Williams Theodora Lee's Symphony As you know, at Harlem Wine Gallery, showcasing Black winemakers is a cornerstone of our small business and artisanal wine shop. (We're proud to shout "Diversity in Wine!" from our rooftop, with ample mellifluous joy--it's a beautiful thing.) Paraphrasing Theodora Lee, one of our included winemakers, only 1% of the wine industry is comprised of Black Winemakers and 10% of wine drinkers are Black. We diligently research Black winemakers to ensure as many Black Wineries as possible have a visible presence at Harlem Wine Gallery. If you're interested in a comprehensive list of Black-owned wineries, we suggest referring to the African American Vintner Association's list of member wineries. (Some wineries have wine clubs instead of selling through a national distributor.) Read inside each link to learn more about each wine and the winemaking talent.
